    Hi All Please help - my Xbox-one has been lagging for a while, and I initially thought it was the WIFI speed, but have since used an Ethernet cable, and its still the same. I cant start game apps, and also have a problem trying to
    download COD WW2, it eventually downloaded after two days, but when I tried to download the update it lost the whole COD WW2 download. the whole unit is useless at the moment please help?

    Using Xbox one with a 1TB Toshiba HDD, the majority of the games are on the external HDD

    Xbox one not downloading 2k18 on hotspot

    my Xbox has been connected to my hotspot for awhile and it works playing online games easy but I checked the setting and found that the download speed was at 0 so I could not download the game and it's update to play. What should I do? Help!

    The download for COD WW2 is about 45GB, so you would have trouble with a 10GB limit mobile account.

    Thanks for reaching out here in Xbox Forums. I understand there is an issue with UPnP unavailable and fetching the online profile for Call of Duty : WW2. The Hotspot does not have the available configuration to troubleshoot.

    I recommend trying the following troubleshooting article:
    UPnP not successful in your network settings    .

    Modern warfare is way more overdone then WW2 ever was

    If your Xbox can connect to your Hotspot, the game should download. Do be warned though that if you're using a Mobile Hotspot, downloading games can eat through your data.
