Xbox One wrong warranty date

Good morning to everyone. First of all, sorry for my english... i'm italian. I've bought an Xbox One console on 14/04/2018, but after product registration it shows 13/01/2020 as a warranty deadline (it should be 13/04/2020, normal 24 months European warranty).
What should i do to fix it? Thanks in advance. Antonio

I split your thread from the older one that you posted on so that we can assist you on your own separate thread.

For warranty details or discrepancies you would need to
contact support again but skip the virtual agent so that you can request a callback and speak to a phone representative. It should have an option that says "No thanks" when it presents you the Virtual Agent and then you follow the steps on the portal and
eventually you can request a callback and provide your callback number and region.

Best way to get support for this is from the official customer support team as they will have all of the proper tools to assist you.

I hope you can get connected to an agent and get this issue resolved!

this link and when prompted select either the option to Chat with Xbox support or request a phone call from support and they will hopefully be able to help with this.

Okay, just to let other people know if anyone could have my same problem... I've contacted support team from the link that gds1972 provided me chatting with Xbox support and they answered me (and after the end of the chat they sent me an e-mail) that "...if
ever the console will encounter any error if ever it might night a repair we will always relay on the proof of purchase that you have. So what we highly suggest is to keep the receipt for documentation purposes...". So i've quickly solved my problem. Thanks
