    My Xbox will connect to my internet (everything else in my house does) but it won’t update. It keeps saying “There was a problem with the update” and error code 0x80190194 0x00000000 0x00000200

    Xbox Live Update Troubleshooter     and run through all the steps provided there? You may need to perform an offline update, keep us looped in with how it goes.

    Thank you for reaching out. I see you have been having some trouble with updating your console. Going by the error codes you are receiving and the troubleshooting you already tried, I suggest you try an

    offline system update    . You will need a USB flashdrive and a Windows based PC in order to begin. Hope this helps! :D

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you with your concern.

    As I have checked the error code: "This happens when the Xbox servers are undergoing maintenance. Wait a little while and then try to update your console again."

    However, I have checked and everything is up and running on Microsoft's end.

    Kindly perform an extended powercycle and reset your network hardware by following the steps below accordingly:

    " 1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the router, modem, or gateway for 5 minutes. If you have a router and a modem, unplug the power cable from both devices.

    2. Press and hold the Xbox button on your console for 10 seconds or until it turns off then wait for 2 minutes before turning it on again.

    3. After 5 minutes, plug the modem or gateway in first, and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state.

    4. If you are using a router, plug in the router and wait for all the lights to return to their normal state."
