Xbox one Wont update ANY Apps HELP!?

Here is the issue i am having.

All my apps (Microsoft App store / Disney+ / Hulu / Few others) will not update nor do they start the update. instead it stops update once "SAID" app trys too. i also get following error code for all apps 0x80d06809 when they try to install. I look everywhere for this error code (https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/errors/error-code-search-guide) as well as using google

Steps taken to try fix issue.

1. Reset Consoule - Reset and Keep my games & Apps ---- This did not work

2. Delete all profiles ---- this did not work as well

3. Deleted "SAID" App (Disney) ----- This did not work

4. Did Cache clear. Unplug Block from Xbox and Wall outlet let sit for 15 mins ------ This did not work

5. Alternate MAC Address ---- This did not work.

6. Power cycled my Router ----- This did not work

7, Swap from Hardwire to Wireless ----- This did not work

as you can see i have done more then just few steps to see if i could fix the issue and nothing has worked. any help would be awesome thank you very much

Please try this instead:

A. Use a custom DNS address:
go to Settings > Network > Advanced Settings

Once you’re inside the Advanced Settings menu, go to DNS settings and select Manual from the list of available options.
When you get to the next screen, enter 8.8.8.8 in the box associated with the Primary DNS and 8.8.4.4 in the Secondary DNS box.

Once the default DNS addresses have been changed, restart your console and see if the issue has been resolved at the next console startup.
If that doesn't work use 1.1.1.1 as primary and 1.0.0.1 as secondary

B. Can be a bit odd but go to settings > system > language and location > once there select temporarily United States - English (US) or United Kingdom - English (UK)

C. perform an offline update for your console. In that way Xbox system will be installed from scratch.

Updated my controller and now all my apps close and my xbox wont connect to any of my controllers so i basically cant use it. HELP!

me too minecraft is dead to me after xbox nov update now it keeps saying

Would you please check An app won't start on the Xbox console | Xbox Support page as it contains some solutions. However, your console might need an update as well. Please follow the instructions mentioned in About system updates on Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One | Xbox Support page.
