Xbox one won't show video or sound and controller won't turn on

I've already tried all of those suggestions and none of them has worked.

My xbox one makes sound but it won't turn on after a power outage

So i've literally tried everything listed here and my controller still won't connect. ; /

Will go to lengths of making a video completing the process and showing it won't work : /

any ideas ?

I'm pretty sure it's not supposed to come with the wireless headset, just a regular one. It should play MW3 sounds for disc eject and for turning it on/off but only if you use the buttons on the console itself (ei if you turn it on with the controller it
won't make the sounds).
