Xbox One Wont Reset

Xbox One goes to a black screen and then eventually goes to the reset page. Once on the reset page, I choose to factory reset it, only for it just to go back to the reset page all over again. What can I do?

First, unplug the console for 10 seconds and then plug it back in to reset the surge protection in the power supply (internal or external).

If that does not work you may need a repair of your console for a failed power supply.

here. If you continue to have issues, the console will most likely need to be sent in for repair. Thanks!
