    Xbox One won't load games on Xbox. Seems to be breaking XB1.


    Games won't load in gamepass. Yes, I have already manually shut it down, over and over again. Yes I have cleared local saved game data. It does this for an hour every time I turn it on. Even the dashboard gets error 0x8027025a about it taking too long
    to load. This has been going on for two weeks (since the August 9th update). Pretty aggravated that I pay for something I cannot use.

    Have you tried doing a factory reset? Remember to select the Reset
    and keep my games & apps     option to keep all your games installed.

    We thank you for bringing this inquiry to our forums community, and understand that this concerns an inability to launch games available through Xbox Game Pass on your console.

    If the problem persists, try doing a soft factory reset of the console,
    reset and keep games and apps to help reset the operating system. Please note before doing this troubleshooting step, make sure to know your email and passwords for your Xbox profiles.

    Try this out first and then let us know the results.

    If my xb1 needs fixed I proberly won't as I'll be buying a Scorpio or a slim and my xb1 loads xb1 games fine

    so I'll just nurse it along if it gets to that.
