    Xbox one won't let me add a a debit/credit card


    Hey guys, I'm getting these messages when I click on the link to add a debit/credit card on my console and when I log into my account on a computer. I can't get xbox gold or pay for my EA subscription until I get my payment method sorted out.

    Status code: 8382025C trying to add paypal as payment method, Canada.

    The billing and account management site won't let me add a debit card, when there are instructions saying how to do so. Theres no edit or add direct debit links on the pages it tells me to follow..

    Hey there Dark! Are you referring to our prepaid cards or a prepaid debit/credit card? If the our prepaid cards, take a look at Forum 09 for more help. If a prepaid debit or credit card, we don't accept these. You'd need to have an actual credit or debit
    card.

    You can also use your prepaid credit card to purchase one of our prepaid cards at a retailer and then enter that code in your console to add the points or LIVE time. Please let me know if this helps or if you have any further questions. Thanks!
