xbox one wont launch games. i dont get an error message

Hi Macgn, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

To fix this, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

If that didn't work resetting the console and keeping games and apps will be the next option. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps.

I dont even get an error code .. i click to launch it and nothing happens it wont load at all, already reinstalled and same thing ...if i go to games and nba2k15 on the tab it just says play ... i click on that and nothing it just wont launch.

Sorry to hear you have been having so many problems with your console and getting your games and apps to launch properly.

In most cases if you have already gone through all the troubleshooting specific to this issue on "An application won't start on Xbox One," then
you would need to get a hold of an agent for further assistance.

When you do get the error message does it come with an error code on the message? Please let us know.

I have exact the same Problem on PC.

Same error message.

I dont even get into the Game Menu .

Chapter 1 and 2 worked well,now Game wont start after update.

whats wrong with your PS4? i havent had any problems since launch when i was getting nothing but error messages, i also dont play it much though
