Xbox one won't connect to wifi neither wired or wireless. Need help fast.

You won't necessarily get a better ping time when switching to wired as your connection is still at the same number of hops. The wired connection will be better performance wise because it won't be subjected to wireless interferance from other WiFi devices
which can reduce your available throughput on the WiFi channel.

I have an old Xbox one that I play on a rare occasion but I use Ethernet but I know for a fact the WIFI card in it is bad because wireless controllers no longer work with it and neither does WIFI do you use a Wired controller ??

Nope neither has worked, i even tried it on my brothers wifi. It only works over a wired connection. The wireless will connect and itll scan for internet. But once it connects to that connection it just wont do anything else. It acts like my router isnt giving wifi even though on other things it is

"it keeps disconnecting from the internet."

If you're using WiFi (wireless) to connect to your network hardware, try wired ethernet connection instead. You may be getting wireless signal interference.

Troubleshoot a wired connection may assist you if you're already using wired connection.

That's your problem, right there. Unfortunately, if you connect your wireless Xbox 360 controller with a charging cable, all your doing is charging the controller.

The 360 wireless controller can't be turned into a wired controller with the charging cable as neither the controller or the wire were designed to send data this way.

You either need 360 wired controller or an Xbox One controller. Xbox One controllers can use wired or wireless, but wireless is only supported via Windows 10.
