Xbox One won't connect to WiFi. Help!

Discus and support Xbox One won't connect to WiFi. Help! in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; My xbox won't connect to the Internet.     Xbox One won't connect to WiFi. Help!


    My xbox won't connect to the Internet. I was swapping it from my normal modem to a WiFi booster and the booster wouldn't connect. Tried swapping back and now neither will connect.

    The only way to connect my xbox is if I use my phone as a hotspot, which is very inconvenient. I cant wire it across because I live on the other side of the house. I tried moving it a bit closer to get a better signal but it won't connect at all. Does anyone
    have a similar issue? I may try moving it, connecting it to the main TV near the modem them move it back once I get a signal

    I couldn't help but notice you stated "using the same Microsoft account as my xbox one is as well." The MS Account log on needs to be the same but if you phone is connected to the AT&T network and not using the WiFi from the router, then it won't connect
    even if you manually enter the IP address because it's not seeing it on the same network. If you go to your Phone, select WiFi, then enter the password to connect to the WiFi. Now try loading the Smartglass app and it should see your Xbox One. If you don't
    connect your Phone to the same WiFi your Xbox is using it will never see it. Hope this helps!

    Xbox 360 E has an integrated Wifi. An adapter won't help you with that issue.

    Have you tried to connect it with cable ?

    Maybe a console update via cable would help you with the wifi issue.
