    you could connect it directly by ethernet cable in case the wifi antenna of the xbox has been damaged or you could try entering the wifi key again, or connect your xbox to the mobile data of your phone

    Thank you for your reply. I have tried entering the key again to no luck. Luckily, my Xbox seems to connect perfectly to my phone, although it's slow.

    If all else fails, I'll be getting an Ethernet cable. Thank you!

    Ok I've tried the static ip address and then renewed my Ip address on my home pc, power cycled everything...

    Still not working.

    At this point I think my xbox one's wifi chip thing doesn't work properly.

    After messing around with it for a few days I managed to get an internet connection by bridging my laptop to my xbox one with Ethernet cord and using my laptop's wifi.

    Thanks for all the help guys but I'm pretty sure my xbox one's wifi just doesn't work right.
