Xbox one wont connect to any multiplayer game

So first off, I have an old Xbox One. The problem is, when i try to join any multiplayer game, it just doesnt load in, or if it loads in, it acts like i dont have WiFi. I tried power cycle, on the xbox and on the router, none of those worked, and everything that requires WiFi, works perfectly fine, like messages, partys, etc. How do i solve this? What do i do?

*sometimes after like 1 hour trying the games load in, but then after few minutes of playing it kicks me out.

Make sure your Xbox One is up to date with the latest system updates. You can check for updates by going to "Settings" > "System" > "Console info & updates" on your console.

Check to see if there are any known issues or maintenance being done on the games you are trying to play. You can check the status of Xbox Live services on the Xbox Live Service Status page.

Make sure your router is working properly and that your Xbox One is connected to it via a strong, stable connection. You can try power cycling the router and the Xbox One to reset the connection.

Try resetting your network settings on the Xbox One. To do this, go to "Settings" > "Network" > "Network settings" > "Advanced settings" > "Reset" on your console.

If you are using a wireless connection, try connecting the Xbox One to the router using an Ethernet cable to see if that improves the connection.

If none of these steps help, you may want to try contacting your internet service provider for further assistance.

Yes he has tried that as well but still no go with multiplayer setting which wont let any one to connect to him when playing Minecraft.

You should still be able to connect to Xbox Live with that information. You just wont be able to do any multiplayer or anything like that until you get Xbox Live Gold.

In reply to your question, no xbox one does not need to constantly be connected to the internet. It can be used fully offline though you wont be able to access the microsoft store to buy digital games. You can play a digital game offline but you wont be
able to play multiplayer xbox live. Hopefully this answers your question
