    XBOX One with new Samsung SmartTV - Signal Drops


    I have enjoyed my XBOX One for with an older Vizio TV, but recently upgraded to a new SAMSUNG SMARTTV (UN55HU7200FXZA). I have connected my XBOX One to the new TV but immediately began seeing the screen on the TV go blank and sound stop. only for the image
    and sound to return after a 15-20 Seconds. I have complete powered down and reset both the STB (Explorer 8300HDC) and the XBOX One. I managed in between blackouts, to reset the TV Settings, but my TV is not listed. The setup up said that it "automatically
    detected" the TV, but the problem persists. I have changed the Display Output on the STB to 720P, but the problem persists.

    Xbox On/ Xbox Turn Off does not power on off the television

    i have this same issue with my Samsung SmartTV.

    I don't know how but my Samsung SmartTV is able to display the "social" app for Twitter etc. and minimizes whatever game I'm playing on the Xbox One so both are showing.

    Is there a video game setting for your smart TV? If so, see if turning it on or adjusting it will help with this issue? Barring that you may need to contact Samsung's support line to see what they suggest for this issue.

    Xbox One will not with smaller TVs (32inch and 24inch), but works with big samsung (50 inch)

    Hi, the samsung TV is model P2770HD.

    The xbox sends a signal and powers the tv on and off, but no video signal.

    The xbox is working and the ports on the tv are working (i tried direct tv devices and all the porta are working fine.

    The HDMI cable also worked with xbox ONEand another, new TV (samsung smart tv).

    It is an Xbox One.

    TIVO service used thru XBOX ONE freezes

    Great Thnx!

    1) Running all video formats using auto detect (480i - 1080p) I have a new Samsung SmartTV

    2) All HDMI

    3) Tivo goes thru the Xbox One...ie Tivo is hooked up to Xbox One and the Xbox controls the system

    4) Romio Tivo

    The freeze happens randomly whenever changing channels or switching around using the TIVO menu. Recorded and Live both.
