Xbox One Wireless Controllers stopped responding

Hi,

My controllers stopped working since 2-3 weeks. I waited for a friend to test my 4 controllers with his wireless adaptater but it didn't worked either.

I don't know where it comes frome (i don't think the 4 of them just stopped working at the same time !), maybe an update or something ?

I tried looking at the support and when they say to do this in the driver's properties "Select Allow this device to wake the computer, and then select OK.", i can't click the button, it's disabled.

I still have wired controllers to play with while tried to find a solution but i'll really like to get my wireless controllers back !

Wire less Controller LB Button not responding properly

My Xbox one wireless controller's LB Button is not responding properly. It's having a delayed response to click

Nope, I only have one controller connected to the Xbox, other controller is hooked up to my
PC.

 

If your wireless adapter stopped working please unplug it and then plug it back in (perhaps another USB port) and then wait about 3-10 seconds and then hold the sync button on it and see if the light turns on. If it does, you should have it working again.
This helped me when I had a random issue with the adapter. It was actually following the instruction book that came with it that has these instructions.

It may require a reboot after you uninstall the driver via device manager if you choose to do that.

 

The issue started after a update? A lot of users said that same problem appeared after a dashboard update (included me). Could be a hardware issue too, with the Wi-Fi Board.

 

I think it was after an updated yes. But I still don't know how to fix the problem

 

And if was an update, like affected my console, wont have a fix, I managed to get the console close, and i can use them by wireless standing the controller about 30cm from the console.

I tried all the things possible but no luck there. What I suggest is if you have the chance to play with the usb cable is a temporary fix, if you have warranty I suggest to request a repair.

 

I can stay as close as I want it's not working.

I tried with the cable it worked.

I tried different USB port for the wireless adaptateur, rebooting, updating, uninstalling, everything, nothing to do.

I just tried on an other computer : it's working, and this computer is on windows 8 or 10 (mine is on 7).

So probably due to an update from Windows 7 to make me go on 10 x(

I tried this indeed but it didn't worked for me

I tried unpluging, uninstalling, rebooting, but it's probably an windows update problem on my windows 7 (i would say they did it on purpose to make me switch to windows 10 ?! ^^)
