    Xbox One Wireless Controller randomly disconnects from PC


    Hey guys,

    so i have the Xbox One controller with the wireless adapter and since 3 or 4 days the controller disconnects while i'm playing and starts to blink (but not as fast as it blinks when you pair the controller). I can't find a solution online and hope you can
    help me here. (I think it started after i started to use the geforce rtx 2060 super but im not sure)

    It is randomly disconnecting and doesn't connect again and I have the latest update. And it is not wireless. cord. and I use the pc, not the Xbox. And how do I update the firmware I don't understand how. Okay, I get it but the app says to connect an Xbox one

    Thanks for reply and update on the issue with connecting the Xbox One controller on PC. I recommend to try the following article: Connect
    and troubleshoot Bluetooth on your Xbox One Wireless Controller    .

    If the issue persists, try connecting the controller via USB to help update the controller on the PC.

    Give this a try and let us know the results.

    im using now an other usb port and now everything works fine so i guess it was the port that caused it ? I dont know but thanks anyway.

    Hey Brad,

    yes i already tried the troubleshooter but with no luck. I used the controller with my old graphics card (Radeon RX 580) and didnt have the problem. I dont know if it has something to do with the card change or if its just bad timing.
