    XBOX ONE WILL NOT TURN ON


    My original xbox one will not turn on. The light on the console turns on and the controller connects to the xbox, however it onlt shows a ‘something went wrong page’

    I have tried unpluging and turning off the power source, changing hdmi ports, restarting the xbox, factory resetting it, and even downloading the update onto a usb, however the console will not read the usb so the option to update is unavaliable.

    i originally had error code:

    system error e105 00000000 8007045D

    and now it is displaying:

    e102 10040C02 80004005

    I have not used the xbox a lot since recieving it not long ago and nothing has occured to cause any error. Please let me know of anyway I can fix this xbox, and if there are any other details i can provide.

    No. You'll just plug in and continue to play like normal.
    Its technically a different device with a different OS. How can it swap XBOX's without needing to reformat?
