Xbox one will not stay on. It beeps when turned on but the light flashes and wont turn on

I have tried plugging into different outlet. Replacing power cord with a new one. Using a hair dryer on cool setting for 5 minutes on all the open vents, especially the top .

Picked up a brand new router and connected just the xbox1 and my computer to it.

Still cant turn the xbox one on using apps

When sending the turn on signal from the app I can see activity lights flashing.... then turn off...then flash again
