Xbox one will not reboot

Discus and support Xbox one will not reboot in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Hopefully someone can help me out . Ive tried every case scenario listed on this community. Still no go .     Hopefully someone can help me out . Ive tried every case scenario listed on this community. Still no go .

    Stuck in preparing console

    Memory stick offline download not working

    Restarts keep saying e101

    Power supply reboots

    Etc

    Hey,

    I have a couple of steps for you to follow in order to fix this issue:

    1. Press and hold the power button your Xbox One console until it has fully powered down.

    2. Unplug the power cable.

    3. Unplug the power from your router and modem for 15 seconds, then plug them back in.

    4. Plug in your Xbox One console and try again.

    Thank you but I think I may have found the issue. Looks like Time Warner changed a wireless security setting in the router, I found another thread with instructions on how to change it, I have now been able to sign in and I'm doing the required update as
    I type this.

    It certainly doesn't reset all of your settings, however if you had changed settings prior to crash and hard reboot it's possible those changes wouldn't be saved.
