    my xbox 360 games to xbox one

    The Xbox One is not backwards compatible with Xbox 360 games so you can't play any 360 games on the Xbox One

    XBOX One will not play any games past startup screen.

    This definitely sounds like odd behaviour. How long have you had the console? If it was a short time you could try returning the console to the store for an exchange or you could see about setting up a repair of the console as it does seem as though you've
    tried all the necessary steps to try and fix the issue.

    No i just unplugged my HDMI from input 5 to input 4 and it is still not playing sound and the only other cable I have is the one that came with the Xbox One which is for TV and I am not using that.
