Xbox One will not connect to the damn internet

I've spent hours and hours trying to get my stupid Xbox to connect to the internet. I can connect but I cannot use any [mod removed] service that includes the internet. Ive done absolutely EVERYTHING to try to fix this and it just won't work and I am done with it. It wont let me schedule a phone call and the talk to xbox gamer is a [mod removed] sham that doesnt work. When I try to speak with a specialist it just gives me an error code. "Reference #30.c574d917.1621306591.2f1cd50b"

yeah ive got TWC, internets been up all day and the status says im good to go, yet i cant get in. I can connect to my network, but my network can't connect to the internet (according to the xbox internet connection test). That's false oviously, as i'm
writing this now, using that same internet. Damn xbox, you guys aren't supposed to make big mistakes like this

I still think there will be a an insignificant number of people out there that have no idea that this update is needed, some I daresay may not even have an internet connection....or even know how to connect their wifi(or have a spare lan cable, does it
bring one?) to the xbox one for their kids... I would be pretty damn pissed off.

hey me too and I thought it was my connection damn I tried everything renstall format everything ffs now I connect my pc straight to the internet and still no good
