    Xbox one will not connect to cloud.


    I don’t know what I did but my Xbox one will no longer play any of my 360 games through cloud anymore. These are games I’ve played through the one before but it will no longer let me sign in to my profile through cloud.

    With the above being said, I can play the 360 games but I can’t log in to my profile and save the games b/c it says the cloud is offline. My network connection is good. My router is right next to the one, bandwidth is fine, and it says I’m still logged on to live.

    Now, I can play all my one games with my profile no problem. It seems to just be linked to the 360 cloud profile. I even went as far as digging the old 360 out of the attic and firing it up to see if my games were still in the cloud and they are. The 360 also showed that I’m connected to cloud. I’m online per-say.

    This has me completely stumped. Just got my wife and I our first elite controllers for an early x-mas present with plans to start playing all the gears of wars from beginning to end. Just in time for the Xbox one to completely nay-say our Saturday night.

    Any info on how to solve this problem would be very much appreciated!

    On the Xbox One, you do not need an Xbox Live Gold subscription to use the Cloud. You just need to be connected to the internet. Any profile connected to the internet will use the Cloud service.

    More information here    . There is no confirmed number of max profiles on one console.

    Xbox One has had cloud saves. So long as you're connected to Xbox Live all saves are automatically synced to the cloud, no settings to enable or change.

    Yes, xbox one saves your game save data to the cloud. As long as you played while connected to the internet there should be a cloud save.

    you can not turn off the cloud on the Xbox one, as long as you are connected to the internet and the xbox live servers you will be syncing with the cloud. You can always play offline and then you will not have any cloud saves at all.
