    I bought a Xbox one from somebody, downloaded mortal Kombat x online play that one day I come home the next cut my Xbox on and it's in a foreign language and it won't let me change it and I can't understand any of it to do anything

    I just bought an xbox one in Hong Kong. If Microsoft doesn't give me a logical explanation as to why I can't change MY PERSONAL LANGUAGE to the language I actually speak, I am taking back my newly purchased xbox one, and buying a PS4.

    Ps4 has not forced foreign languages on their users. WHY WOULD THEY? WHY HAS MICROSOFT DONE THIS?

    Please Microsoft, let me know if I should change my system or not.

    Hi, my brother was playing on my xbox 360 account and changed the language to something like Chinese or Japanese. I don't know how to change it back. I went to language and locale and they are English and United states but they are still a foreign language.

    A good sign that the account was Migrated would be the menus would of changed to a foreign language.
