Even if it's a disc it needs to install the software and many times you need an update.

So I installed COD Warzone and bought the MW campaign through Warzone (payed the £39) and I've installed 2 campaign packs needed to play the campaign, but when they're both done downloading the install screen on Warzone says that the 1st pack isn't

Sounds like you downloaded the Free-To-Play Battle Royal and are trying to get a digital code to download the rest of the game for free... or you need to completely uninstall the game from your Xbox and then install the Full Game through the Xbox's Microsoft

Bugs suck, and if you're really experiencing a real one.. bummer, but when it comes to digital software that gets corrupted, you're best bet is to uninstall completely then re-install the FULL version of the software.
