xbox one went dark

my xbox one screen went dark i can only see the outline around the the highlighted app but nothing else. If i hold on to the home button i can turn it off but when i turn it back on its the same. Anything i can do?

Live TV input to XBOX ONE looks darker than expected.

I am having the same problems with mine and I had my connected cable hdmi-xbox one-tone-time and turned tv on and screen was dark then went cable to tv and xbox1-tv and still was dark reconnected cable-x1-tv and it got evendors darker.

I have tried several settings and none of it work screen was still dark.

What do I need to do about that??

i'm having an issue with my Xbox one. i had a slight 3 second power failure this morning and my entire house went dark. when i tried to turn on my Xbox one it got as far as the green logo and went to a black screen. note: it's not a data overload.

When the console is on turn it off by holding the power button on the console for a full 10 seconds until it turns off. Wait a minute then turn it back on. This seems to work sometimes. Let us know if it helps.

I just purchased Dark Souls earlier today on the xbox on demand store. I, then, canceled the download for later on. But, when i went back to the download history, it didn't show Dark Souls on there. Any Ideas???????
