Xbox one (Weird Buzzing/electrical Noise When Off And On)

I just Got A used xbox one original from gamestop, because I was having so many issues with getting a brand new Xbox one s. No big deal. I get home hook it up, I don't notice until I'm at the dashboard, I can here this weird buzzing, crackling noise coming
from what seems to be the fan. Now, I know it can't be the fan, because I know what the fans sound like. This noise I'm hearing I hear on every console, it sounds, like the hard drive or something, cpu maybe. Here's a link to the noises I hear when it's off

Is this normal for it to be going like that all time? Because I've heard an before, but they eventually stop. Can anyone help me please? It's kinda urgent. Thx

Xbox one controller making noise

I'm talking about the electrical buzzing noise when you put your ear right next to the xbox logo on the controller. I have vibration turned off by the way and I'm still hearing it.

 

Xbox One making a weird buzzing/scratching noise

My Xbox one is making a weird Buzzing/Scratching noise when I play Dead Rising 3. This is weird because the console runs silently and smoothly when my other two games FIFA 14 and Assassins Creed: IV

Would any of you know why its making this noise exclusively for Dead Rising 3. I've checked for scratches and nothing, I've turned the system on and off unplugged the console nothing.

What do?

 

I would return it. It's hard to really tell what it's doing in the video where it's on, but it shouldn't be making any noise when it's off. So something is not right there.

 

Well if it makes any difference the instant on was on when I was recording it off and it was installing games so I don't know if that would make a difference but the thing is though is I should have really said this before but I had a another used one before
this one and I had to take it back the same day I got this one because it was making that same noise when it was on. It sounds like the hard drive like it's either overheating or something like that I don't know

 

Then it does sound like it's the hard drive since it was downloading at the time, but it still shouldn't be making a loud noise.

 

Yea I know. I had to return 7 Xboxes within the last month. Because they all had problems. All started with a xbox one s, went through 5, then I went with the original one just yesterday, got that one, that one had the Same noise this one is having. So I'm
at my ends rope. Should I maybe try another gamestop to go too, see what they can do?

 

Yeah, if you've been getting them all from the same place, I'd try somewhere else. I got a brand new X from Gamestop a few months ago that had a big hole in the box and wouldn't even make it through setup. So it makes me a little wary of how they treat inventory.

 

I just talked to Microsoft, they couldn't really help either. They said try a different store like you said. Idk. Gamestop cool and all, but something tells me they need to check their product. When i go back, Imma tell them how it is. I'm getting wary with
them. Stressful

 

Yeah, I've always been a little wary of Gamestop. I've just heard too many stories.
