    My Xbox video is zoomed and is affecting my gaming pretty severely. Xbox support says to go to system then display and sound. However i do not have this option in my settings. Display and sound is simply not there so i do no know what to do. Also customer
    support is very hard to get in contact with. Someone please help

    Magnifier is already off. I need to adjust the screen somehow. Its like its showing 17x10 instead of 16x9

    can you change the hdmi port on the tv to make sure its not a tv setting?

    Yes I have checked the tv options. My cable is coming in fine no zoom. Its the xbox and tv and display offer no way to adjust screen size just resolution

    Settings > General > TV & display options - Here you can find the screen settings for the Xbox.

    Anyway, have you checked the options of the TV itself?
