XBOX One upgrade promo - bonus games

Hi,

I received on offer via Xbox gold to upgrade my 360 to an Xbox one and I would get a bunch of bonus games (Halo, Forza etc). I upgraded back in June but have not received the games.

I thought as the offer appeared on my Xbox live home screen any info about the games would be sent via message on the console as well. I found reference to the sending codes via email but as luck would have it my account still had an old email associated
with it despite previously updating my login email. I can't find any other info on my account about the bonus promo being issued.

Is there any way to retrieve my games now. Thanks for your help.

I know that gamestop/ebgames have this promo too. I"ll be able to upgrade your game disc to xbox one edition for 10$.

in short: Buy the 360 version within 30 days of its release, get an XB1 and trade the 360 version for the XB1 version and only pay 10 bucks to do so (basically you get 50$ trade in on the 360 game). Also has to be done before the end of the yet.

 

Official support hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm PST and they typically respond to threads from oldest to newest so it can take a few days for a response. It's best to try not bumping your thread as that does put it back at the bottom of the pile to be responded
to.

The promotion was back in late June. Appeared on my home screen on Xbox 360. Offered 3x games if I upgraded to XBox one and activated it using my Xbox gold login (all of which I did). I upgraded a couple of days after.

I did not take any screen shots as I didn't anticipate any problems. The promotion was so in my face I presumed the rewards process would be simple as well.

Ok, situation now is they tell me that they investigated and I signed in for first time outside the promotion window. I don't believe this is so and asked if they could tell me when I first signed in and when the supposed promo window was so I could check.
No response.

What sort of customer service is this? A ongoing paying customer spends more of there cash on your system based on an in your face promotion and you firstly deny them offered goods and can't even be bothered providing specific details for reason of denial?
A simple we investigated and 'computer says no' response.

I checked these details after I activated the Xbox one and saw no sign of the games reward. I plugged the Xbox 360 back in and promo details were still there and everything checked out. I believe your systems are wrong. Give me some dates so I have procedural
fairness and right to reply with evidence.
