XBOX ONE upgrade $100 credit code

I was instructed by the support team to post here. I purchased my console on July 17, 2014 and received the invitation a few days before that. I still have not received my code. I would like this sorted out as soon as possible. Thanks

Weekend Fun Competition Prize Code is Invalid

Hi Promotions Team,

I received an email on the 28/04/15 stating that I was one of 100 winners of the Weekend Fun competition. This email contained two prize codes - A 1 month Xbox Live Gold code, and a $10 Xbox Credit code. The code for the Xbox Live Gold worked fine, but the
code for the $10 Xbox Credit is invalid. It is not in the form of a typical 25 character code, and instead has 34 characters.

Could you please investigate this, and send me a working code for the $10 Xbox Credit?

 

xbox 360 owners upgrading to xbox one!!
