    Xbox one update


    Hi,
    I have just plugged by Xbox One Original in for the first time in 2 years.
    When trying to update it comes up with an error message, I have followed all of the steps on Microsoft, and have now factory reset. However, it still will not update. I have tried to update offline using a USB but this don't work either - not sure if I had the correct update or not.
    I have googled the error code and it seems to relate to Gears 5, not a software update - see image below.

    Any ideas would be appreciated.

    So my Forza Motorsport Xbox One Edition doesn't have the new dashboard update and it's been awhile now and there's been no updates available for my Xbox one does my Xbox One not support it or wht.
