Hello everyone,

I have a problem with my Xbox One S and would like help. I had to replace the hard drive because the one I had was damaged. When I tried to do the offline update as Microsoft's documentation suggests using OSU1, the update stopped at 3%. I noticed that Xbox Insider might be causing issues with the update, and I discovered that my Xbox has Insider enabled. Some forums mentioned that if you unlink Xbox Insider from the console, the update will work correctly. However, I bought my console second-hand, and Insider was not linked to my account. How can I resolve this issue as soon as possible?

The OSU1 version is currently available for download at the same time with realize update for the Xbox.

If you are participated in insider program, you can not to use OSU1 for offline update

Offline system updates using OSU1 cannot be used on consoles enrolled in a Insider preview.

OSU1 can only be used on console with the General Availability OS installed.

There will never be a OSU1 file released for Insider preview OS. The console has to be removed from the Insider program before using offline system updates.

Can’t you offline update the Xbox one **** system via USB contains the OSU1 Latest update file from Xbox support because it has different language in the OSU1 update

I participated in the Xbox Insider Program, and my xbox crashed and did not call anymore, I tried factory reset and it appeared the error E106 00000000 80070570, I also tried the offline update through OSU1 and appeared the error E101 00000504 8B050041.
maybe it is because the version that had in my xbox is more current than the version of OSU1, since I participated in the Insider.

what can I do to solve this problem, will I have to wait for OSU1 available on the microsoft website to arrive in the same version that I have of INSIDER?

So, is it booting up? getting the dashboard displayed?
