    Xbox one update system won't reset *beta user


    Everytime i download update it verifies reset system but it will not come on need help

    Xbox update it won't update it keep getting to 84 then get system error and I unplugged it reset xbox did everything

    Just in case someone run accross this and needs help. You got to unplug everyrhing including usb slot leaving the power supply in .Then turn system on plug hdmi go offline go bavk online then download

    May I know if you already tried factory resetting the console but keeping games and apps?

    If not, please do it

    Go to settings > console info > reset and then select keep my games and apps (or if you don't mind, select remove everything

    (Before that delete the game one more time)

    Or in case you didn't try it, could be nice perform an offline update for your console. In that way Xbox system will be installed from scratch.

    For this you need a USB and PC to format it and transfer files provided in the link below (with steps):

    **If you're using an insider build / beta OS you need to leave first the program in order to do the offline update
