Xbox One Update Preview

I'm trying to upgrade Xbox One Update Preview because I'm currently in the Omega. But it gives me the option to pick different groups the highest is the Beta and when i pick the Beta it says "Already registered! To make changes, sign in with the same account
that signed up for preview on this device". I even tried to Unenroll the preview and it tells me that same thing.

You can also report this problem using the Xbox Insider Hub app so we can investigate it further:

1. On your console, install the
   Xbox Insider Hub app (if you don’t already have it).
   
2. Hold down the Xbox button on the controller.
3. On the power menu, select Report a problem.
4. Describe the problem in detail, including when it happened, if you saw any specific error codes or messages, and if you were using any specific games, software, hardware, or accessories when you encountered the problem.

i talk to a virtual agent and she told me that someone from the alpha sound needs to invite me then told me to post my problem on the forums so a specialist or experts to help me plus i did what you told me

Preview Forum and post all your ideas or issues on the forum that are strictly made for preview members.
