Xbox One Update Preview registration

The issue is, that whenever I attempt to install the Xbox One Preview Update it says, "Your registration is taking longer than expected. Please check back later." Instead of that update installing it's just stays on pending and when
I back out it says I've joined but yet, when I open it, it only gives me 3 options try again, delete, report so literally there is nothing I can do to solve this problem I've tried EVERY single troubleshooting ideas such as factory reset and it's still having
this problem, I've had this Xbox One X since May 19th so nothing is wrong with the console itself. How would it feel to know your the only person experiencing this error and all you could do is report the problem and wait nearly 3 days.

Are you talking about the Preview of the new update that select people were invited too? According to majornelson, only the registration app is out and the preview wont be available until next week. Do you already have it?
