xbox one update preview issue

I really need help with this issue. I'll called xbox support and I did the text support and they both said they couldn't do anything on their end and that I should use the forums for this issue.

So this is the problem... I got invited to the xbox one update preview. I got the message on my xbox one. It said to redeem the code in the message to get the app to register. The problem is I accidentally delete the message before redeeming the code. Is
there anyway to bring back delete messages. If not is there anyway I can get the code resent to me.

A new update of the Xbox One is in preview; improves the party chat

Please note that Microsoft has just released a new update for the participants in the Xbox preview programme One; as mentioned previously, for December are not particularly important updates, and this goes to settle some issues relating to the group chat. As always, who is part of the preview can download it manually from the system settings and then take part in the various tests/surveys provided by the program's preview app.

 

Controller won't turn on Xbox One (weekly)

The PS4 is as glitchy or more glitchy than the Xbox One is. There was a controller firmware update for people in the system update preview program and it might fix your issue. I'd wait until that is released to everyone before calling Xbox Support. The update will probably go out to everyone very soon.
