    Xbox One update error


    Hey! Hope this is the right place to put this. Been unable to update my xbox for the past week or so. I've been getting an update error message since the update isn't even downloading. The download usually stops at around 12% or so. Specially there seems to be a mismatch with the source OS and the target OS?

    Source OS : 10.0.18362.6065 Target OS : 10.0.18363.8119 The error code was 0x80070570 0x00000000 0x90000005

    I'm pretty bad with technology, so I'm rather stumped. I've attempted changing the DNS from automatic to manual (Google's) but I'm not sure what else to try. I'm keeping a full factory reset as a last resort as i don't want to deal with redownloading all my games and updates and losing my progress. Suggestions welcome!

    Usually, this error occur upon startup or during OS updates. Basically, this error message indicate there is an issue with your Xbox One S system update process. To fix the E102 error, you need to update your console
    offline.
