Xbox one: unable to install games

Unable to install any games onto my new xbox one. Tried all troubleshoot suggestions and still stuck at 0%. The support message system will not allow me to complete the form to send.... Very frustrating! Any help please

Hard Drive Storage Limit

There is 25 according to this (although I don't think Skylanders is available).

Xbox One Games

In the video they don't go into detail of what games are installed, they just say the total is what it is.

They try to install Zoo Tycoon and the Xbox says that the storeage is full and unable to install.

They also have apps and other bits which are installed which take up a relatively small amount of space.

The amount of storage available is no real surprise to me, and 20 games is a good amount (even though they vary in size, so it does heavily depend on that).

They challenge MS on the use of external HDD, but get the same stock response of "in the future".

 

unable to access store

i have been unable to access the xbox one store on my xbox one or even search for specific games i want to install/buy. i have even tried to select the gaME on your website and it will not auto install like it is supposed 2 or even show up in my games and
apps.

 

Are these disc based or downloaded games? Do you get any type of error messages?

 

One is Fifa you get with the console the other is on disk.

 

On the disc based games try it with your console offline and see if it is successful. Let us know. Good Luck!

 

Cheers, although I had tried that it gave me an idea to switch broadband off completely and this seems to be working - time will tell!
