Xbox One unable to find wireless even network post factory reset

Hello! I have been experiencing this issue for the past one month and post resetting my Xbox One twice, I am yet to find a solution to be able to get to the home page. Post reset, my console asks me to press A, select the country followed by the network.
However, once I try to click on the wireless network, none of the wireless connections appear even after repeatedly pressing the refresh button. Can someone please assist? I have a good working wireless network that connects with all other devices but the
Xbox console.

Random Xbox Live disconnections

Did a factory reset, now it can't find any wireless networks at all so I can't even get passed the initial start up. :/

 

Can't connect unless I go into Network

Hmm that's strange. I would reset your Xbox network settings to factory defaults and then find your wireless network again and see how it goes. If that doesn't help try changing the wireless channel on your router to a different channel

 

Probably a defect wireless card in your Xbox.

Ship it in for repair I guess.

The Xbox after a factory reset needs to download a system update through the Internet but due to this issue, I would suggest you try an

Offline System Update . Once you go to the link make sure to select the option that says "I need to update my console offline" and then follow the steps.

Once that's complete you should be back to the Home Screen.

Let us know if that works and also let us know if you still are having any other issues once you're able to get back to the home page.
