I've been having the same issue for multiple 360 games and even tried to purchase black ops 1 when it was on sale but was not able to complete purchase until sale was over. Xbox says it's a known issue and they are looking into it and can not put onto my
account as they are only there to help me download said games. It sucks because all my friends are downloading these games and playing together without me. Makes me feel left out and wishing I had a PS4 to play with those online friends.

my 360 gives error code of 80150017

Hi,

Thanks for the reply. I don't get an error code at all. It goes to the confirm screen and then a message pops up saying unable to purchase. try again later. There's no hex code or anything. The same if I go via the web and try to send it to the xbox.

It's annoying that times running out on this offer and I won't be able to take advantage from it. There should be a way for MS to put it in your library at least until the issue is resolved.
