Xbox One - Unable to download Tron Evolution from Gold

Hi,

Xbox support sent me here as they believe its a backward compat issue.

I have a valid gold account and have been trying to download Tron evolution for a few days, but keep getting the error. Sorry, unable to purchase. try again later (Or similar)

I've tried several times via the console and even tried from the website, sending to the xbox. Both fail with the same error.

Anyone have a similar problem and way to proceed ?

Cant download Tron: Evolution from Games with Gold

Tron: Evolution shows up as free on the Games with Gold section in my Xbox when I select Tron: Evolution it doesn't say download, it says " Show Price," When I press show price it takes me to a screen where I have to press ok. Then, it says I cant download
from xbox.com and that I need to download from my xbox. I AM ALREADY ON MY XBOX! PLS SOMEONE HELP!

I'm trying to buy Tron Evolution which it is a free games with gold this month and it doesn't appear as free when I try to buy it even from xbox.com or from xbox one.

We need to know the error you are receiving if it is 8015017 it's an issue with your region

Your account region must reflect your actual region

As ngocphi said, this error is frequently seen when there is a region mismatch between Xbox Live account and Xbox One console. If your account and physical regions don't match, please take a look at how to

Change Your Xbox Live Account Region and adjust the regions accordingly.

Ok so I've had issues with getting 360 games to work. With Rainbow Six I was unable to complete the purchase, and with Tron I was able to purchase but the game wouldn't show up in my install list. Both problems were solved with fixing the region settings.
Make sure your console and your Xbox Live account have the same region/location. It should solve it. There might also be a glitch on occasion with the location setting. Also check what the browser tab of the xbox home page says.

Thanks for the reply. I don't get an error code at all. It goes to the confirm screen and then a message pops up saying unable to purchase. try again later. There's no hex code or anything. The same if I go via the web and try to send it to the xbox.

It's annoying that times running out on this offer and I won't be able to take advantage from it. There should be a way for MS to put it in your library at least until the issue is resolved.

What region are you physically located in? Is this reflected on your Xbox Live account? Also, have you recently tried performing a

Power Cycle on your Xbox One console before trying to purchase Tron: Evolution on your Xbox One?

i have the same problem, it wont work for 360 , xbox one or website, im from uk

thank, i have done that, it just wont dowload, does not give me error message which it did the other day, but it still wont download

 

my 360 gives error code of 80150017

 

Ya that's because your account region doesn't match your actual region us foreign bases don't count as the us you must use the host countrg

You must use the region migration tool under my account and change my region on thisnsite

 

8015017 is the region error you must follow the link provided

 

All my accounts, Xbox 360, Xbox one and Xbox Live are all set to the UK. does this mean that Tron is not available for UK, i dont see why it will not download on any device
