Xbox One TV App concurrent with Game Streaming to Win10 PC

I know it's not currently possible, but could it be investigated or an answer provided why it isn't possible.

We have Sky TV connected into the Xbox One, which then connects to the TV, this allows use of voice commands via Kinect and one guide. Game streaming is possible to windows 10 PCs allowing for the main TV to be used for other viewing, however the console
still only allows the game to be displayed - meaning TV app cannot be used.

I can resolve this by connecting sky direct to the TV or watching Freeview, but this takes away from the capabilities and functions the Xbox provides - alternatively just move the Xbox to another room - again turning it back into solely a gaming console
and not the hub for the home.

To clarify I am not requesting streaming of sky via xbox one to other rooms/pcs (although that would be good, I understand contractual/broadcast regulation limitations probably prevent this) - it is specifically concurrent TV to Main TV that console is connected
to (and clearly capable of on its own) while game streaming to a Win10 PC/ laptop (again capable of on its own). I recon its possible, you can assign users to controllers, so may be able to allow for two mouse pointers (as such), I'm not 100% sure of hardware
capabilities, but a normal PC can multitask is a very similar way with fairly low spec.

Is there anything in Microsoft's pipeline to allow for this

Xbox One Media Remote for PC?

Hi,

Can I use the Xbox One Media Remote with my PC? I'm thinking to control media such as Netflix and presentations (powerpoint). Not for Xbox streaming, just with my Win10 PC. Thanks.

 

TV App

I am trying to stream my Xbox TV app (like game streaming) to my PC and get the err: "This app cannot be streamed. It is only for your console. (0x87e10004)".

Does this mean I will never be able to stream the TV app to my PC?
