    Xbox one Turtle beach recon 70


    I recently got this new headset the turtle beach recon 70 and I have finally gotten a mic. When I am in a Xbox live party with fellow Xbox players they can hear me but when I am playing Call of Duty Warzone with my friends who don't have Xbox I use the
    cross-play function and they are not able to hear me and I all my setting enable me to cross-play. I am not in another party so I am not sure what the problem.

    If you still experience any audio issues even after verifying all the settings are correct, then go through the troubleshooting steps here:

    You can also install the Turtle Beach Control Center to update the headset firmware, which would address and resolve most errors, as well as improve overall performance. This app is available on Xbox One, Series X|S and PC. More info with the status on the latest update versions here:

    Thank you! Kindly follow the steps below:

    1. Plug the headset into the Xbox controller.

    2. While in the Home screen, press the Xbox button on the controller. Scroll down to the buttons on the bottom of the left sidebar, and then select the Speaker icon (Audio)

    3. Configure your settings as shown:

    Set Headset Volume to Maximum
    Set Headset Chat Mixer to the Middle Setting
    Set Mic Monitor to Preferred Level
