XBOX ONE turns on my TV but after a couple of seconds it turns off again

As the subject says, the xbox turns everything on fine initially but after just a couple of seconds my tv turns back off again.

I have tried various settings on the tv, CEC and power mamagement but nothing seems to help.

I have my xbox connected as below:

Sky+ HD to xbox hdmi input

Xbox hdmi output to tv

TV optical audio to sound bar

My Devices are:

TV - Toshiba 55" 55L7453DB

Sound Bar - Samsung HW-F350

Any help getting this minor annoyance resolved would be much appreciated.

XBOX 360 problem with hdmi and AV

Recently whenever i turn on my xbox with my HDMI or AV plugged in it turns off itself after a couple of seconds when i turn it on with only power wire plugged in it doesnt turn off but then when i plug in my HDMI or AV it will turn off in a couple of seconds
i dont know what to do need some help with this

 

live TV freezes every couple of seconds

Well, the one thing a tech support agent had me do(when I was having no picture at all issue, and shortly after check hdmi connections, having the 30 seconds of tv play, the freezes, then tv play, over, and over) was this: Turn off xbox on. Turn off cablebox/receiver/dvr.
Turn off TV. Unlug xbox one. Unplug cablebox/receiver/dvr. Then, plug in cablebox/receiver/dvr. Turn it on, wait for it to completely power on. Then plug in xbox one, turn on xbox one. Give it a few seconds to power up. Then turn on the tv if necessary. This
process of powercylcing every device in the television chain from top to bottom fixed my issues with my day one during my first day of setup. About a month later, tv stopped working again. I did this process again(slightly modified, cause i did unplug my cablebox/receiver/dvr)
and it fixed my issue again and has been working fine since again. I'll always rely on the powercycle everything technique when things act up with this system arrangement. Oh, and i'm a uverse subscriber with a Cisco IPN4320 dvr/cablebox combo. Hope this info

I am having a similar problem. I say "XBOX ON", the light comes on the Xbox One, the tv and stereo turn on then the Xbox One turns off. It then will only turn on by pressing the button on the front and appears to go through a full boot process. Once the
Kinect boots, it then turns off my tv.

 

It's also been happening to me. I say "xbox on" and everything turns on (tv/receiver) then the Xbox One turns itself off. repeating "xbox on" does nothing. trying to turn the X1 via the controller did nothing. had to press the button on the box itself
for it to boot up....which then turned off my tv and receiver. This has happened twice (just now and yesterday).
