XBox One turns on by itself and won't work anymore after that

This is a stranger situation that initially I thought was related to system update. One day I got home and my Xbox was turned on. When I checked the TV there was no signal, then I shut down the XBox and it was not able to start again. The power button will
light up and make the turn on sound, but there is no signal on TV. It won't even start the recovery mode or start through USB. Then after a few days it started to work again, with new interface and updates installed. Then yesterday it happened again. I saw
the Xbox turn on again, as if I had pressed the button (which I didn't) and now it is not working again. Is there any thoughts or recommendations you can give me?

post update, auto-off no longer seems to work

My Xbox One is set to automatically turn off after inactivity. That doesn't seem to work anymore. Anyone else? It sat on overnight recently. Causes my receiver and projector to also not turn off (if they detect a signal, they won't auto turn off either).

My xbox one turns itself back on by it's self after I turn it off. How can I fix this?
