Xbox One turns its self off after hours of streaming Netflix

It can be caused by overheating because it shouldn’t be an issue if we used the console for a couple of hours streaming. Kindly move your console in a well ventilated place.

Also, perform a reset on your power supply by unplugging everything for 5 minutes before plugging them back in so you can test it out.

If none of the steps helped, you may need to reset the console keeping your games and apps to remove any corrupted file that may be causing the issue.

Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps.

Go into settings, I don’t have access to my Xbox right now but there is a setting on your for video that specifically keeps it from shutting down when you’re playing video. Usually the system relies on your input like on the controller to let it know you’re still using it so it doesn’t go on the power saving mode

Yes!!! I thought i was the only one. For over a month i streamed almost everyday for 3 hours. Then in sept my xbox started to turn off while streaming with my camera. I have phoned xbox support, and mixer but it seems this is not s normal problem. Now
I can stream maybe for 30 mins before my xbox turns off on me. I get no error codes nothing, its like my xbox hard resets its self. I have wiped my xbox twice and still no go.

Stopped stream about 2 hours ago. Fully shut off xbox and accidentally unplugged it afterward, lol so it was definitely off. Unplugged HDMI and switched to the other TV whole both Xbox and Tv were fully off. Turned on TV and Xbox and after it was loaded
launched Netflix. No dice, still went to blue No signal. Giving up for tonight, going upstairs to watch on the smart Tv that has Netflix built in. Really annoying.

I'm having this same issue, except mines not brand new and my brick isn't unnecessarily hot or sitting on the floor.
