Xbox One Troubleshoot - Factory Reset

So my Xbox One has been having a lot of issues lately, namely, a constant clicking noise and extremely slow load times, but now it won’t even start. I’ve done a lot of the troubleshoot things and eventually decided to factory reset it, but every time I press erase everything, it just sits on that screen for a few minutes, then the Xbox turns off. Then, when I power it back on, it’s right back at that troubleshoot screen as if the factory reset never happened

Based on the information you provided, unfortunately, it’s likely to be a hardware issue with your device.

However, before you consider, get the console diagnosed. I encourage you to try doing an offline update on it.

Thanks for the reply! Unfortunately, if you did reinstall the apps and the issue is still present. The next troubleshooting
step will troubleshoot the operating system of the Xbox One.

I recommend to try doing a
soft factory reset of the console,
Reset and keep games and apps to help reset the operating system. Please note before doing this troubleshooting step, make sure to know your email and passwords for your Xbox profiles. Note: This is not a complete factory reset.

Try this out and let us know the results.
