Xbox One time played not tracking again

Same issue here. Signing out does not fix it. Contacted Xbox Support, and they had no solution except to wait a few weeks to see if it "catches up"...

My friends time played updates daily, whereas mine doesn't update at all, or when it does its very random. I have played Destiny for over 60 hours and yet it still shows 9.

Tried rebuilding the profile, resetting, clearing advanced dns, cache, etc. Nothing works.

Xbox support will follow up with me in about a weeks time, and when they do (if they dont I will call), I will have the case escalated since a lot of others are having the issue as well.

Some members noticed that in the Preview Program. A Xbox team member replied us that they are aware of the issue and or currently working on a fix.

Same thing is happening to me and a few of my friends.

I think everyone has this problem but is unaware. This worked for me (posted a few days ago): If you want to record your time after you finish playing return to the main menu of a game and if there's a switch user option select it and sign out. If there
isn't go back to the dashboard (with your game still running) and sign out. This will let the time tracker know you've stopped playing and to add the time to your total.

I've tested this on all the games I own (not a lot) and each has a method of sign out that tracks time.

Not an ideal solution but the time played is extremly buggy. I'd be happy if it was removed as it's only viewable when comparing friends or Smartglass. Achievements and completion percentage are (in my opinion) a more fun comparison.
