Xbox One: Three Solid Black Box Overlays Stuck On Left Side of Screen

Hi, this is my first post. I haven't been able to find anything about this issue. I've tried power cycling already and it hasn't solved the issue. There are three black boxes vertically aligned on the left side of the screen. They overlay over everything whether it's the home screen, home menu, games, and they even stay for a bit after turning the console off until the system has completely shut down. I don't know how to fix this. Please help! I can't enjoy my games because of this and it blocks out the settings options so it's hard to know what I'm selecting.

Unfortunately, this did not work. The boxes are still there.

i dont have a monitor with hdmi input, this is my only one

i tried all resolutions either the picture is just to big on the left side or it is to far in the left side so i cant see half the screen but the monitor shows black box on the right side so i´d just have to switch the pciture to the left or make it smaller

Click the "Menu" button. A sidebar menu appears on the left-hand side of the television screen.

Press the up arrow on the remote control to highlight the "Wide" option on the menu. Press the center "OK" button on the remote's directional keypad.

Use the left or right arrow keys to move to the "Wide." Press the "OK" button again to select this screen aspect viewing option. Wide mode is the only screen aspect option that turns off the overscan feature, which usually displays a set of black boxes on
the top and bottom or right and left sides of a picture.

Does anybody know what's going on with the xbox ones right now, I'm seeing everone else is having the same issue, I was on mine last night and had no issues turned it on just now and its signing me in then goes to the home screen and instantly acts as if
it trying to load a game or something but goes to a solid black screen and wont let me move around on the home tab on the side tab. But it's not freezing exactly. I left my home tab up and it completed a games update.
