Xbox One "The One Assassinations" Am I Being Scammed By A Random User?

So yeah, I received a message through Xbox Live from a user (I'll specify the name if needed for verification), they informed me that I had won The One competition for Assassins Creed (Unity). They asked me for my email address and told me that the fulfilment
agency known as Cake will get in contact with me to fulfil my prize. The Upload team member they were posing as was Andy, can I get some verification or insight on this matter, is this legit or am I being lured into a scam?

Xbox "The One" Me Possibly Being Scammed Or Is It Legit?

Okay, today I received an email from a supposed member of the Xbox Upload team. This user was claiming to be Andy and sent a message to my account stating that I had one "The One Assassinations" (Please keep in mind that I DID actually enter this competition)
however this user asked for my email address, stating that it was for the prize fulfilment agency, Cake, to get in contact with me to fulfil my prize.

Now, my question is... Is this person legit, am I actually the winner of The One Assassinations? Or am I being scammed... If the name of this user or the name of my account is required I can post it here, thanks.

my sister did i checked payment information on xbox and a random credit card was attached to it that no one knows who it is and she requested a refund sounds like a new scam

Hey, actually I just got in contact with a customer rep and he refunded me for both after seeing a problem. Thank you this can be closed.

I highly recommend checking the Order history of all your known Microsoft Accounts. It might be possible that you purchased it using one of those accounts.

To check the Order history:

1. Sign in using this link: https://account.microsoft.com/
2. Select the 'Payment & billing' tab
3. Check your Order History.
4. Look for the Minecraft transaction.

Also, were you able to check your family members' Microsoft accounts? It might be possible that your payment card is associated with one of their accounts.
