XBOX ONE Tempted to upgrade as comes with extra controller and 2 games. Halo Master Chiefs ...

Hi Magemello. Unfortunately, we are not familiar with this promotion. Since this was not a Rewards program offer, we are moving your thread to the Xbox One promotions forum.

Anyway I have also duplicated the post where you suggested

forums.xbox.com/.../1953313.aspx

I spoke also with the Microsoft store members and they told me to speak with the xbox members....so to me looks absurde that no one knows....I feel like they are fooling me.....so now I'm on this forum and I want that someone of the official team take in
care of my request and give me a correct information....an email address to complain about that....pLeAsE!

Actually phone and chat support typically send people here when it comes to promotions or the Rewards program because they don't handle those and do not have correct information when it comes to those. Rewards support only handles issues directly related
to the Rewards program. That offer is not an offer from the Rewards program, so this would not be the correct forum.

You can try posting here -
forums.xbox.com/.../4272.aspx but as I said, since the purchase would most likely be made through the Microsoft Store and not through Xbox, it would be best to contact customer service for the Microsoft Store.

Same here surely everyone should be getting this offer not just a select few?
